About Sutton Scheuerle

Current 5th-year Mechanical Engineering student always looking for opportunities to face a new challenge. My interest in mechanical engineering stems from a lifelong curiosity about how the physical world works, and what can be done to continually create new innovations. After my 3rd year at Florida State, I started an internship with NextEra Energy, becoming familiar with their construction processes, and I was charged with finding ways to increase their efficiency. During my 4th-year at Florida State, my interest honed in on fluid mechanics, aeronautics, and heat transfer, thanks to mentorship from various professors in classes I found incredibly interesting. I'm searching for a position where I can take the skills I've developed during my undergrad and at past jobs, and continue to grow them while learning about the industry.
