About Suvedhya Reddy

I am a recent Law graduate from NLU, Visakhapatnam. Throughout my academic journey, I've cultivated a deep understanding of legal principles and honed my analytical skills through coursework, internships, and extracurricular activities.I am passionate about the field of litigation and I'm driven by a desire to make a positive impact and contribute to justice and fairness within our society. My studies have equipped me with a solid foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy, and I'm eager to apply these skills in real-world settings. I've also headed the Placement Cell at college which was infact dormant when I had joined, but has now been doing significantly well.Currently, I’ve been working as a Research Intern under Justice M. Nagaprasanna at the Karnataka High Court for almost a year. Lordships roster predominantly deals with Writ Petitions of all Miscellaneous Matters. During the past one year I have been exposed to different kinds of laws and have explored and conducted in depth research of various issues of constitutional significance. This internship has proven to be a crucial stepping stone for me since I get a view of the litigation life on the other side of the bench, which I believe is indeed very helpful for a future litigating lawyer. Beyond my academic pursuits, I take active interest in cooking and learning about the history of various foods and the cultural significance behind it. I'm particularly interested in areas related to Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration & Dispute Resolution and I'm keen to explore how I can contribute to these areas.
