About Suvi Leander

I am a senior service designer, user researcher and concept designer who wants to find answers to design problems through customer understanding. I enjoy creating concepts of new services and studying the impact of the concept designs. I have many years of hands-on experience on end user research with different research methods and the ability to use user understanding in the strategic decision making. I have conducted several large scale user research projects both locally and internationally, from planning to execution and analysis of the results. My special interests are in ethical and inclusive design, sustainability, healthcare related research projects, design in government / public services and user studies among special user groups. I love to see concepts come alive, I want to bring the ideas to concrete level and work closely with design and implementation teams. I am one of the creators of Gofore's Ethical Design framework, and writers of the Ethical Design booklet.
