About Suvi Tuominiemi

Passioned and energetic business coach and entrepreneur, who is highly motivated to help people and businesses to get out the best possible results whether it´s about leadership skills or even dancing. I am balancing in my career between being a business coach and partner in Balentor Oy where my skills are challenged every day with different needs of my customers. At the same time I am an owner of my own dance school SalsaStudio where I can share my other passion for latin dances and culture. I love this combination where I can use my whole expertise and share my passion in coaching people to be their best and I am blessed to have found a company where this combination is seen as my strength. My special fields of expertise are in all types of communication (public speaking, interaction in general, leadership communication, giving and receiving feedback etc.) and in leadership skills (motivation, target setting, coaching etc.). Time management has been a new field of interest that has become more and more important to myself and to my customers. In Balentor I coach mainly supervisors. As a dance teacher, I am specialized in Caribbean dances, which is why I use most of my free time travelling to these countries to strengthen my knowledge in dance techniques and latin culture.
