My Role is a Senior Accountant checking all Accounting and Banking transactions in Zoho Books including Monthly Bank reconciliation, Booking daily customers receipts with Banking transactions and adjusting the same against relevant invoices, Checking Employee reimbursement Expenses in Zoho Expenses with checking all supporting papers for payment process and to control on expenses. To verify and reconcile the Invoices for releasing the payments to Vendors and all other Expenses payment with checking all invoice details and booking in Zoho Books. Releasing the online Inward and outward remittance against submission of all documents including MTT Transaction process and documentation with online Inward settlement. Payment of Custom duty on Icegate with checking BOE, Issuance of Bank Guarantees and follow up for closed Bank Gurantees. To prepare the daily Fund position, CMS file uploading for payment process, Documentation for OD limit. Preparation of MIS including Advance to creditors, follow-up for Outstanding Debtors with aging, monthly petty cash statement. Checking monthly Salary Statement in Zoho Payroll with attendance, Tax calculation and Payment process. TDS working with Payment process and tds reconciliation with TDS return data preparation for file, checking other statutory compliances including GSTR1, GSTR3B, PF and ESIC with payment, Profession Tax with Payment. Co-ordination with Auditors for assignment from time to time and co-ordination for year end closing with collecting information for Finalization.
