Hey there, I'm Suwin, and I currently manage international business for a mid-market mobility company in the APAC region, crafting success stories, one trip at a time Current Role and Responsibilities: I am heading international business for PickMe (one of the largest mid-market digital mobility companies in South Asia). I'm also evaluating further expansion opportunities while proudly leading a dynamic team of 17 individuals. Past Experiences and Career Highlights: In my previous role as the Head of Business Intelligence at PickMe, I delved into operational analytics, enabling data-driven decisions that tripled our food business and reduced incremental order costs by 60%. My journey began in the tech realm, managing Uber’s low-cost product portfolio as the P&L owner. I then delved into the world of startups at PwC's Startup Accelerator. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, I designed and managed incubators for the UN, and handled capital-raising exercises worth over USD 3mn. My inaugural venture into the professional world was at Moody's Analytics in investment banking, servicing bulge bracket clients from the Benelux countries. From Pilot Dreams to Business Decisions, a fun fact: I once aspired to be a pilot, investing serious education towards that goal. However, a YouTube video on Air Asia's innovative problem-solving opened a new perspective. Instead of being confined to a cockpit, I found my passion in problem-solving in business. Skills I Bring to the Table: With a background in business strategy, growth hacking, and P&L management, I thrive on leading operations, problem-solving, and fostering innovation. My skill set spans operations, finance, and scaling digital ventures. Armed with a double major from Monash University and an MSc in Sustainability Management, my focus remains on building businesses that solve real-world problems with impact. Passions and Values: I'm fueled by the thrill of problem-solving of marketplace businesses in the phigital space. Problem-solving keeps my day going! Beyond the boardroom, I'm a globetrotter at heart, having backpacked through Asia and even founded a travel business that soared to a whopping USD ARR.
