About Suyog Dabhole

Principal / Staff-level Cloud & Platform Architect with 15+ years of experience designing, stabilizing, and scaling mission-critical cloud platforms across AWS and Azure.I specialize in Kubernetes platform engineering, distributed systems, reliability, and Zero-Trust security. I’m typically brought in when platforms are unstable - frequent P1s, weak observability, unsafe deployments, unclear ownership - and my mandate is simple: make them reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient.Proven impact at scale:• 99.99% platform availability• 40% MTTR reduction• 70% automation of repeatable P1 incidents• $1M+ annual cloud cost savingsPlatforms supporting 120–300+ microservices, 50+ environments, 20+ cloud accounts, and 1–20M requests/dayDeep hands-on expertise in EKS/AKS, Istio/Envoy, multi-region & hybrid networking, Terraform, GitOps (ArgoCD), OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and policy-as-code security. I build opinionated platforms that increase developer velocity without compromising safety.I operate comfortably at the Staff/Principal boundary - leading incident command, defining SLOs/SLIs and error budgets, running blameless postmortems, and setting platform standards adopted across 15-25 engineering teams.Target roles: Principal Cloud Architect, Principal / Senior Staff Engineer, Platform Architect, SRE Architect, DevOps Architect, Director-level Platform or Cloud Engineering. If your platform must scale globally and stay up under pressure, I’m the person you call.
