As an experienced NRI Account Opening / Servicing Specialist, I have a strong background in scrutinizing and verifying KYC documents, ensuring compliance with RBI regulations, and maintaining TAT for NRI account opening forms received from PAN India branches and overseas representative offices. Handling customer service requests, and resolving branch queries efficiently.With a keen eye for detail, I manage daily and monthly MIS, handle NRI hub and KYC helpdesk mailboxes, and oversee the VVD team. My role involves working closely with the Compliance and Product teams to approve deviations and assist the Sales team in processing rejections to avoid delays. I also coordinate cheque lodgment activities for NRI customers, ensure the accuracy of KYC documents, and provide insights to the Product and Sales teams for smoother operations.My commitment extends to working on holidays when required by the bank, and I am adept at handling escalations and team management to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
