I am a Human Capital Administrator with extensive knowledge in HR Administration, Recruitment Administration, Benefits Administration, Onboarding and Offboarding process, Load new employees on Sage People 300, Create electronic files and upload documents on Sage. HR Projects. During my career experience, I have developed interpersonal and communication skills for liaison with stakeholders and employees at all levels. I have also developed a knowledge of HR Best Practices and relevant legislation governing conditions of employment. I also support 4 HR Business Partners. The technical skills that i have acquired include Sage People 300, HR Information System, Sage X3, ESS, Sharepoint and Divock. I was elected as the Pension Fund Alternate Trustee Member from 2018 to June 2022.
