About Suzan Joy

Suzan is a Technology enthusiast, who is keen on learning and solving deep tech & engineering problems. A skilled task master with proven track record of successfully completing key deliverables across multiple work streams with an eye for quality and customer focus (Internal & External). She currently works with the Digital Engineering team at Schneider Electric as part of the Product Life Cycle Management(PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) solutions. Her team is responsible for analyzing the R&D issues wrt PLM/PDM and working along with Business Units to enable and enhance the performance of these technology solutions. Prior to this, she has extensive work experience in Software Testing (Manual) having worked as QA Test Engineer before moving onto Technical Debt Analyst & Problem Management. She is an Alumnus of NIT, Calicut in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and has handled multiple extra curricular and managerial tasks as part of her Student Welfare Org.
