About Suzanne Aptman

Suzanne Aptman, MBA, is a professional leadership and team development coach, trainer, and facilitator. She is also an accomplished program director in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas. As a Facilitator, Suzanne delivers programs both in-person and virtually. Over the last 15-plus years, she has helped thousands of professionals to enhance their leadership and communication skills, enrich their working relationships, resolve conflicts, self-advocate, uncover strengths and hidden potential, and build cultures that embrace diversity, equity and inclusion. Suzanne also uses her experience as a performer to help clients tap into their own creativity and build presence. She leverages her management and marketing background to align with client challenges and develop impactful programs. Suzanne is an Executive Coach with Columbia Business School's Leadership Lab and a Faculty Development Coach with the NYU Stern Center for Teaching Excellence. She is also experienced in marketing management and consulting and applies this expertise to all of her projects. Suzanne has a strong background in sustainability, climate action, animal protection and environmental health, leading various projects and legislative policy efforts in local communities and state-wide. She has served in the roles of community organizer, campaign director, program manager and environmental advocate. She is the Chair of the Montclair Township Environmental Commission leading key climate mitigation, sustainability, wildlife protection, and bio-diversity initiatives and policies for her community.
