About Suzanne Brown

Dr. Suzanne Brown is a speaker, consultant and founder of Emotionally Connected. With over 15 years of experience, she has pioneered a new way of working that bridges clinical psychology with elite performance, helping people to achieve emotional fitness across all areas of life. She works with those who are serious about reaching their next level and removing obstacles to achieve their highest potential. Dr Brown is helping more companies sustainably support and invest in their people, to thrive in and outside of the office; improving team dynamics, boosting effectiveness, increasing wellbeing, transforming leadership whilst successfully achieving a life-work integration. ​She specialises in a unique and effective gold-standard therapy: Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy to bring long-lasting change. Here, the therapist takes an active position providing continual feedback on current obstacles getting in the way of success. Clients embarking on this therapy are invited to work at their highest capacity, using their motivation and desire for change to achieve a truly collaborative approach with enduring results. Dr Brown has published research papers relating to gender, identity and attachment, as well as being part of an award winning team: Children and Adolescents Psychiatric Team of the Year (2014; Royal College of Psychiatrists).
