About Suzanne Clark

I started with EWOS back in 2008 as a customer solutions advisor then on to logistic coordinator. Before progressing to a senior supply chain coordinator role for the CQN North Sea Scotland office. I work within the supply chain team processing sales orders for both domestic UK market an exports, any with enquiries from customer and vendors related to the orders and supply chain, domestic and export logistics which includes monitoring costs, the customs documentation required for the export of our finished foods and all aspects that go along with this, assisting in the internal support and sales of fish feed for the company and developing existing customer relations. I then moved on from the previously mentioned role to work as a Process Implementation Lead as we move from the legacy ERP system to SAP TCA, and the areas i was responsible for were commercial, supply chain as well import/export. As part of this role we developed the end to end process flows, and trained all the users on the systems, as well as working on continuous improvements. After 1 year and 5 months of working as a PIL I then moved on to my current role as a Merchant where i am responsible for the procurement of specific raw materials for the factory and the planning that goes along with this.
