About Suzanne Conroy M.

I am a Certified Professional Coach with a Master of Education in Leadership/Learning. My research and expertise include reflective and reflexive learning, workplace culture, organizational change, and systems thinking, all with an interweave of leadership and social justice. I developed a leadership framework that underpins my thinking and work and has had the privilege of researching and quantifying this framework through an academic lens. I spend most of my time in the corporate sector supporting executives, working with staff to remove barriers, fostering high performers, co-creating systems, and generating productive, fulfilled cultures of lifelong learning and growth. I have far-reaching expertise eliciting forward movement in the most difficult to reach. The rest of my professional time is spent in my private coaching practice, speaking engagements, and facilitating dialogue. I share my experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors and my education and interest in building systems and asking key questions to move people and companies forward.
