I’m an accomplished health sector leader driven by a deep commitment to reducing health inequities and elevating the voice of consumer, community and lived experience in health planning, decision making, service improvement and evaluation across Australia and New Zealand. I have extensive senior leadership experience at national, regional, and local levels including roles within tertiary health services, government, and place-based community initiatives. I specialise in consumer and community engagement, co-design, lived experience, evaluation, insights, and evidence-informed governance and collaborative and inclusive ways of working. Some key skills I offer include: • Consumer and community co-design and engagement • Developing and embedding organisational frameworks • Quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies (including Theory of Change) • Patient reported experience measures (PREMs) and Patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) • Health equity and wellbeing for priority populations • Ethics framework development, survey design, and narrative and quantitative data analysis • Governance and strategic reporting (Boards, Executive, Ministerial) • National accreditation standards and compliance • Application of digital systems and platforms to enhance lived experience and ways of working • Health literacy to support informed health and treatment decision making As a leader, I’m warm, approachable, and collaborative.
