I've been providing overall administrative support at Discover Your Northwest since August 2002. My responsibilities involve overseeing online store operations, online store inventory management, product selection, customer service, meeting and event coordination, publications assistance, and much more. Working within a context that serves multiple sites in multiple locations across a widespread geographic region in the Pacific Northwest has proven not only to be a challenge, but a rewarding experience in furthering a non-profit mission that is very much in alignment with my own enthusiasm and love for the great outdoors.
