About Suzanne Harris

Suzanne is one of the two founding partners at Harris Ginsberg LLP, widely recognized as a top Los Angeles Family Law firm. Suzanne and Larry Ginsberg started the firm in 1996 and it has now grown to 12 attorney members, all specializing in family law. The firm is highly regarded by the bench and bar, having received an "AV" rating, the highest available, in Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory, a nationwide publicaiton which independently rates lawyers on the basis of their peers' opinions. Suzanne is a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, having first been designated in 1983 and having maintained this certification continuously since that time. Suzanne specializes in financial aspects of high value divorces and in child residence and contact arrangements for divorcing parents or unmarried parents. Many of Suzanne's cases have an international dimension. Suzanne is a Fellow in the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is currently the President of the AAML Foundation, an organization which raises funds for projects designed to help families and children of divorce. Suzanne has had formal Mediation training from AAML, Robert Mnookin of Harvard and the American Arbitration Association.
