About Suzanne Hollander

Suzanne Hollander is a real estate attorney and broker with international experience managing public and private assets. The U.S. State Department appointed Suzanne to its Fulbright Specialist Roster as an Expert in Real Estate. In 2022, Suzanne conducted an onsite investigation of the impact of COVID on the real estate sector in Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Chile & Paraguay and met with property owners throughout Latin America. Suzanne has taught thousands. She is a Professor at Florida International University’s Hollo School of Real Estate teaching real estate law and property rights for over 15 years. Suzanne has also taught at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and throughout Latin America. Suzanne is a frequent speaker English, Spanish and Portuguese to private and public industry. Suzanne’s real estate commentary appears on television, print media and radio. Suzanne graduated from Dartmouth College, cum laude, and the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, where she was awarded a full three-year scholarship for academic and professional excellence. Suzanne is a member of Abogados de Bienes Raíces Latam, GRI Club, the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce Alternative Investment Committee and the Ronald McDonald House Capital Campaign Committee.
