Held a secured lending mandate of £1M for main residences, second homes, BTLs including portfolio landlords, responsible for assessing the overall risk of secured applications ensuring lending is authorised responsibly for customers and protecting the bank’s position at all times whilst maintaining current service levels, remaining vigilant at recognising any possible fraudulent/money laundering applications and reporting such applications through the correct channels. In July 2023 added to my skillset underwriting property referrals for equity release mortgages through Scottish Widows brand. I am an advocate of all working behaviours, particularly making a difference together, keeping it simple and helping businesses to prosper, reliable, demonstrates flexibility, is conscientious, naturally methodical and enjoys a new challenge. In my spare time I help out in the sales department of my husband’s business and doing his monthly book-keeping which I find very interesting. I play Squash, enjoy going to the gym, decorating and walking my two working cocker spaniels.
