Three years experience supporting a small team of career guidance practitioners, administrators and receptionists and working within a management team. Nine years experience working with people affected by drug and alcohol addiction in a variety of community settings. Seven years experience liasing, planning implementing and evaluating a number of different interventions including educational, therapeutic and cognitive methods. Five years experience working with people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Held the role Chairperson of the Local Drugs Task Force Treatment and Rehabilitation Sub-Committee.
