I'm a Career Development specialist and Human Resources professional, with a passion for learning and empowering individuals in their careers. I have experience in learning and development and the graduate recruitment market, to teach students and graduates critical employability skills, personal effectiveness skills and career skills to be career and future ready. I hold an MA in Career Development with 5 years' experience of careers guidance delivery. Within Higher Education institutions I am skilled at leading large-scale projects, including end-to-end internship recruitment connecting hundreds of graduates with employers annually, delivering flagship conferences and events, producing content for workshop delivery. Within corporate institutions my past projects include; heading up the graduate recruitment functions within financial services; re-engineering graduate talent acquisition strategy, developing unique graduate program content, implementing assessment and selection toolkits, training hiring managers, building and embedding stakeholder relationships and creating reportable metrics. I am passionate about supporting early talent through education, training and lifelong learning.
