I'm a Career Development specialist, Human Resources professional, and currently a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager in the Queensland manufacturing industry. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, empowering programs where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive and grow in their careers. With a Master’s in Career Development and over five years of experience in careers guidance, I’ve supported students, graduates, and early-career professionals in building the skills they need to succeed—whether through one-on-one coaching, engaging workshops, or large-scale programs. I specialise in employability, personal effectiveness, and future-readiness, and I love designing learning experiences that are both practical and inspiring. In higher education, I’ve led impactful projects such as end-to-end internship recruitment initiatives connecting hundreds of graduates with employers annually. I’ve also delivered flagship events and conferences, and developed content to support career learning at scale. In the corporate sector, I’ve headed graduate recruitment functions within financial services, reimagined talent acquisition strategies, designed bespoke graduate programs, and built strong partnerships with stakeholders. I take pride in creating inclusive, data-informed processes that not only attract top talent but also support their long-term growth. Now, as a DEI Manager in the manufacturing sector, I’m focused on embedding equity and inclusion. This work aligns deeply with my belief in the power of education, training, and lifelong learning to drive meaningful change.
