About Suzanne Marshall

As a Mindset & Wellbeing Coach, certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy®, I’m passionate about helping young people build confidence, overcome anxiety, and develop the motivation and focus they need to thrive. My journey into this work started as a mum of two daughters. I trained in NLP and Time Line Therapy® because I wanted to help them feel more confident, less anxious, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. Now, with my eldest daughter going through her GCSEs, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful these techniques can be. Since sharing them with her, she’s become super focused, highly motivated, and much less stressed about her exams—and I love seeing that transformation in other young people too! I also mentor with MCR Pathways, working with young people to help them build resilience and belief in themselves. Through my workshops and coaching, I empower students with proven mindset techniques to: Overcome procrastination and feel naturally motivated Stay focused and absorb information more effectively Manage stress and pressure with confidence Develop a positive, resilient mindset for success Seeing young people go from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling in control, confident, and thriving is the most rewarding part of what I do.
