With over 15 years of experience with commercial transactions, I specialize in both hands-on contract drafting and negotiation as well as managing and streamlining contract processes for leading innovation organizations. I am a trusted business partner, accelerating deal cycles while safeguarding compliance and mitigating risk. My mission is to empower teams with efficient legal frameworks, enabling them to focus on groundbreaking ventures. By fostering collaboration and aligning with client expectations, I bring a solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement to every contract. I have both experience and expertise establishing comprehensive AI-based CLM, but also remain invested in the day-to-day contracts management.
