Notable Achievements: Involved in building or supporting various structures of church ministry and staff equipping. Led project to select and implement Pushpay as church’s online member community, giving portal, and communication platform. Implemented process for staff performance objectives and discussions. Established corporate HR technology function for pharmaceutical company where none existed before; created procedures and process documentation; implemented multiple disciplines; hired and developed HRIS team. Developed and met three-year strategic plan for HR systems: • Dissolved contract with unsatisfactory talent management vendor without penalty. • Resolved business question to forego SAP HR in favor of best-of-breed. • Developed selection process for new talent management vendor; led HR lead team in defining priorities and system requirements; selected Success Factors. Implemented Success Factors talent management, profiles, compensation merit planning, comp statements, goal setting, and performance reviews. Worked closely with HR lead team and business stakeholders to define specification, embed company values and create positive user experience and drive business results. Integrated colleagues from seven company acquisitions into HR procedures and systems. Multiple HR/Payroll system conversions and data migrations.
