About Suzanne Orzech

Suzanne considers herself extremely fortunate to have a background of very diverse experiences in Education, Marketing, Corporate Training and Customer Success on a global level. She speaks fluent English, French and Spanish and holds degrees in Business and Education (Language Acquisition) from both the University of Connecticut and the Université de Rouen in Rouen, France. Suzanne was an instructor at the Inlingua School of Languages in West Hartford, Connecticut, where she coordinated and taught Corporate Language Training programs for business professionals at Motorola, United Technologies and IBM. She then became a trainer for Inlingua and conducted Instructor Training Workshops on Direct Method Language Instruction in both West Hartford, Connecticut and Chicago, Illinois. Suzanne relocated to Silicon Valley for several years, and was extremely lucky to work as the Marketing Coordinator for Mercury Interactive Corporation, a software start-up that was eventually purchased by Hewlett-Packard several years later. In this position she had the opportunity to work with globally-known developers and marketing/sales professionals from all over the world. While raising a family, Suzanne spent many years as a traditional classroom teacher in the greater Austin area, teaching all levels of French and Spanish and specializing in Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate Instruction, Assessment and Evaluation. She continues her work with the International Baccalaureate as an IB Examiner, grading IB Spanish Oral Assessments from all over the world. As Head of Partner Support at Class2Class, Suzanne had the opportunity to work with instructors and consortiums around the world, facilitating virtual exchanges and providing partner training and curriculum development in addition to designing a top-notch Customer Experience Program for this start-up company. Suzanne thrives in busy, customer-facing roles where she can problem-solve and help create solutions to each client's unique needs. She is thrilled to be a part of the Klaviyo Mid-Market Customer Success team, where she provides strategic advise and linguistic support to Mid-Market and Enterprise-level customers in North America and LATAM.
