Hi, I’m Suzanne Payne, an experienced marketer with an affinity for helping businesses gain a competitive edge. Over the course of my extensive career, I’ve tackled everything from direct-response copywriting to multi-channel campaigns and SEO optimisation. I worked in-house for an iconic UK brand before moving to New Zealand in 2019. I love enabling businesses to grow their reach and achieve their sales objectives through strategic marketing and persuasive copywriting. One of my best-performing projects involved developing and implementing the marketing collateral for a new cruising concept. It formed part of the marketing launch for a multimillion-pound ship. The launch was so successful that a second ship was commissioned! A background in sales has given me valuable insight into what’s important to customers. I firmly believe that outstanding customer service is the driving force in building genuine, long-lasting relationships. I achieve this by taking the time to get to know what really matters to customers. I combine this approach with careful research to ensure the output is accurate and trustworthy. I am currently fully immersed in implementing the marketing strategy for an established multi-site veterinary practice based in New Zealand's South Island.
