I have extensive experience in brand marketing, with a focus on marketing communications and new business development. Currently, I am an Account Director at Swanson Russell, a full-service marketing communications agency that works with clients across various industries, including outdoor recreation, agriculture, green industry, and construction. In my role, I lead cross-functional teams and oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, product launches, competitive intelligence, and market research. I also collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges and deliver solutions that enhance brand awareness and loyalty. Some of my recent achievements include developing a new content and DTC strategy for a leading outdoor retailer, launching a successful data modeling effort to predict future sales based on media spend, developing new relationships with major brands in the outdoor rec space, and coaching my team to further their own professional development.
