About Suzanne R.

I’ve built my career across global firms like Informatica and Accenture, working at the intersection of messaging, growth, digital strategy, and execution. I’ve recruited and developed teams, delivered campaigns that supported growth and brand awareness, and designed programmes with senior leaders and CEOs of some of the world’s largest organisations. My projects spanned sustainability, supply chain, data integration, engineering, strategy, and innovation — and I’ve always thrived on taking on new assignments and growing businesses in innovative and creative ways. I’ve also led high-profile, award-winning marketing and communications projects across Europe, North America, and APAC — collaborating with leadership teams in technology, sustainability, and professional services. It’s been fulfilling, challenging, and yes — a lot of fun. Alongside this, I wanted to build something more personal and values-driven — a service grounded in care, organisation, and empathy. That led me to found Dorset Move Management, helping older adults and families move home and downsize across Dorset. It’s not flashy work, but it’s meaningful — and it reminds me that all communication, whether in a boardroom or someone’s living room, starts with listening. Today, I’m selective about the projects I take on. I work best with good people who value authenticity, creativity, and quality — whether I’m leading a strategic marketing initiative, collaborating on sustainability communications, or supporting a family through a complex home move in Dorset. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking the Dorset coast and countryside with my Vizsla, making art, or enjoying time with fun and engaging people. I bring the same steady, thoughtful energy to everything I do — professional or personal. Always open to new collaborations, ideas, and conversations.
