About Suzanne Rickabaugh

I have 18 years of law enforcement experience identifying threats in a high-stakes environment while ensuring the safety of the American people in CONUS and OCONUS. I conduct CUAS security assessments at U.S. airports to ensure the safety of the traveling public and the safe integration of UAS in controlled air space. I am Part 107 certified and Skydio instructor certified. As the training officer for the Washington Field Office, I managed a team of 12 talented instructors. I planned and implemented all aspects of training and coordinated training venues for the officers of the Washington Field Office and its affiliated departments. I am a Nationally registered EMT (NREMT) and train law enforcement officers in CPR and medical combat triage. I am a founding member of the FAMs OnBoard mentorship program where I’ve recruited several officers to volunteer to assist their fellow brothers and sisters in career progression, training, and personal and professional development. Civic virtue has always been important to me, so I jumped at the opportunity to protect my country and the American people by becoming a federal law enforcement officer. I am passionate about what I do and am always looking for opportunities to improve myself. I stay current on all of my instructor certifications. I enjoy teaching and pay close attention to my colleagues and offer my assistance to them in any areas where they may need help. I challenge myself and my colleagues to push past what feels comfortable in effort to grow and improve. I recently attended the Gunsite Academy in Paulden, AZ where I had an opportunity to receive world-class instruction in firearms and edge weapons training to advance and improve my skills.
