About Suzanne Salter

I partner with senior leaders and organisations who want to create the remarkable. I help them reach that sweet spot where purpose and connection overlap profitability and lasting societal improvement. I started my career in equity derivatives, working in Europe, the Mediterranean and Australia, so I understand what it means to work in very competitive, complex and multi-cultural environments. My transition to coaching was driven by a sincere desire to help foster a more human-centric style of leadership which allows both individuals and business to thrive. Today I work with leaders and their teams to help them navigate change and complexity while staying true to their values and achieving balance in their lives. I help them live and lead with courage - to speak from the heart (coeur)- and be grounded in their most authentic selves. I do this by - Developing sustainable leadership cultures where people thrive, not just perform- Strengthening self-leadership as the foundation for inspiring and mobilising others- Unlocking potential by transforming burnout into growth, authenticity, and renewed purpose- Inspiring clarity of vision and direction that aligns personal legacy with organisational success. Beyond corporate work, I am deeply committed to creating lasting social impact in Nepal and breaking the cycle of poverty through education. Every year in. March, I lead an immersive leadership journey that combines adventure, culture, self-discovery and meaning impact. The tour culminates with a workshop with Nepalese NGO leaders to exchange knowledge and forge connections.
