About Suzanne Simmons

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1984, after graduating from Real Estate School at Lamar University, I have become a regional expert in Southeast Texas where I was born and reared. I specialize in residential construction as well as resale homes. My passion is finding you the perfect home to fit your needs. I enjoy working with newcomers who are relocating and connecting them to all the areas of recreation, entertainment, education and cultural activities available. I love my job! My fulfillment comes from finding the perfect home for my clients. I have a background in interior design, which enables me to help stage your home as a professional (at no cost to you) to help it show the best it can when listing it for sale. I was a licensed builder with the State of Texas until 2004 when I decided to focus 100% on my real estate career. I have been a consistent multi-million dollar producer since my real estate career began 20 plus years ago; which provides a wealth of knowledge to help guide you through your real estate transaction. I am committed to SERVICE, second to none. I look forward to helping you find your dream home! Call me today!
