About Suzanne Sitrin

Expertise ranges from broad-scale leadership development and strategic planning to direct solutions to address organization development needs including: assessment/coaching of leaders at all levels, team effectiveness program design/facilitation, organization design, competency model design, design and delivery of learning programs, performance management program design and delivery, executive/management coaching both at the individual and team level. She has particular interest and experience working with individual leaders (from C-suite to front line leaders) to help them lead with a high degree of emotional intelligence and ensure they create alignment for their teams between the organization's strategic objectives and their goals and accountabilities. Additionally, Suzanne has expertise in working with leadership teams of all sizes to build more effective team dynamics and greater team alliances by focusing those teams to create a leadership culture that ensures delivery of results through effective leadership of individuals throughout the organization. The work she does with teams is aimed at creating more collaborative working relationship between team members as well. Suzanne has had experience as a facilitator within the Effective Leadership Curriculum for the part-time MBA program at University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She has taught both Conflict Management and Team Effectiveness. Suzanne holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University in the areas of Organization Behavior and Marketing and a Bachelors’ of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University. She is certified in a variety of assessment tools; including the suite of tools from the Center for Creative Leadership, Hogan, Leadership Circle, DiSC, and others. She is a certified partner for Predictive Index as well. Suzanne was trained by members of Second City to conduct Improvisation in the Workplace sessions and has done so in many organizations across the country.
