I have over ten years of experience in HR management, legal compliance, and organizational development, with a Juris Doctor degree and a SHRM-SCP certification. My mission is to foster a culture of trust, learning, and high performance that supports the company's vision and values throughout the employee life cycle. I have successfully implemented various initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention, such as creating a comprehensive onboarding and orientation process, launching a mentorship and coaching program, and developing a robust learning and development curriculum. I also oversee the talent acquisition and retention strategy, planning and preparing for the future of work and anticipated skills gaps.
