About Suzanne Stevens

I’m a Senior Content Producer specialising in performance-led video across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.I sit at the intersection of creative, strategy and results, producing high-volume, high-performing content that is built to scale, not just look good on launch day. My work is grounded in understanding audience behaviour, platform mechanics and commercial outcomes, with a strong focus on hook rate, watch time and ROI.I’ve spent over 10 years creating content across in-house, agency and creator-led environments, leading end-to-end video production from concept to delivery. That includes developing creative strategy, producing both UGC-style and high-production shoots, and collaborating closely with marketing, performance and brand teams to solve real business problems.Alongside hands-on production, I’ve led and mentored teams, built workflows, and helped emerging creatives level up their thinking around performance, not just aesthetics. I’m known for bringing clarity to chaos, calm to fast-moving environments, and a healthy dose of curiosity to everything I work on.I care deeply about making content that earns attention, respects the audience, and delivers measurable impact. If it performs and feels good to make, that’s the sweet spot
