Culinaria is an independent, not-for-profit organization committed to showcasing the best food and wines as well as the people who produce them not only in Texas, but around the world. As a non-profit organization promoting our community, it is also important to us to invest in the future of San Antonio, which is why we provide culinary scholarships and have taken on our newest project, the construction and building of the Culinaria Education Center & Gardens. The Culinaria Educational Center & Gardens will be a place for teaching our community about healthy and sustainable living while also providing hands-on education in the process and ensuring those who aren’t receiving proper nutrition have access to the food they need. With more recognition every year, Culinaria has established its success with extensive marketing outreach and key partnerships with various print, electronic media, television and radio locally in San Antonio and nationwide. Event sponsors have many opportunities to gain media exposure through the event's media networking.
