About Suzanne Thompson

With over four years of experience in innovation and project management, I am passionate about solving complex problems and delivering impactful solutions for clients and users. I have a proven track record of leading and implementing system and organisational change across multiple industries, using design thinking, workshop design and facilitation, and project management methodologies. Most recently, I worked as an Innovation Designer at The Dock, Accenture's Dublin Innovation Centre, where I led a multidisciplinary team to create and deliver a two-day workshop agenda for a Nordic Bank, focusing on three core areas of disruption: future of banking, sustainability, and data-driven banking. I leveraged Accenture's global network to experts, emerging technologies, and best practices for the workshop, and ensured the client's specific needs were met driving new innovative strategic directions specific to the clients challenges. Currently, I am pursuing a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, where I am learning how to apply user-centric design principles and methods to create engaging and effective digital products and services. I am always eager to learn new things, explore new topics, and get myself out of my comfort zone, so that I can grow as a person and expand my knowledge and skillset.
