About Suzanne Vitale

As the EY Government & Public Services’ State Local & Education Leader, I’m dedicated to helping agencies improve services, lower costs, and generate better client outcomes. With 35 years of experience executing business and IT transformations across the spectrum of government programs —including health and human services, general government, and transportation—I’ve served in executive positions for large, complex public sector agencies at Federal, state, regional, and local levels, as well as in senior leadership roles within the consulting industry. This has given me a keen understanding of how to bridge state/national policy expectations with the realities of local implementation. An avid traveler—Machu Picchu achieved! I love golfing, hiking, snowboarding, reading biographies, and being at the beach. Leading with people at the center is my anchoring philosophy; we can go fast alone, but together, we can go further.
