Suzanne brings with her an impressive track record: as a listing agent for the 505 Ranch Club, an exclusive community of 56 private waterfront homesites along the banks of Cedar Creek Lake, Suzanne sold out the developer lots. Today, Suzanne continues to set record achievements closing $75 million in the last 18 months. Before beginning her real estate business, Suzanne worked in the world of luxury fashion. She’s also an avid event planner and marketer, tailoring a specific, results-oriented platform for each unique property she represents. Suzanne’s official CV reveals more about this resourceful businesswoman. A multi-faceted position at iconic specialty retailer Stanley Korshak highlights a 24+ year career in luxury fashion. As a buyer, she spearheaded the growth of high-end menswear collections, including Kiton and Ermenegildo Zegna; as a Personal Shopper, she ranked among the top producers with sales well over $1.5 million annually on the side. A firm believer in giving back, Suzanne is the founder and chair of Exposed, a biennial event benefiting the AIM at Melanoma Foundation. The goal for 2023 was to raise funds for tissue bank research. Suzanne is also a supporter of The Katy Trail, TACA, and One Man’s Treasure. “I’m tenacious in the work that I do on behalf of others.
