Mission: Cooperatively work and advocate to create long-term solutions for housing gaps affecting the unsheltered in Greater Charleston.*Panelist at the City of Charleston 2024 Housing Summit *Member of the Public Relations Committee of the Regional Housing Coalition in North Charleston *Brookwood Church: ServeFest – created ServFest from inception to successful implementation; church-wide annual initiative for congregation to service “hands-on” in the community in a day of service projects on the Saturday before Thanksgiving; as a result, new partnerships were formed and many ongoing service projects were carried out throughout the year; this program has continued successfully through the present and increased in volunteer participation and agency partnerships.*Homeless Forum - Housing Solutions for the Homeless (October 2014): Member of Planning Committee – The Continuum of Care.*United Housing Connection – formerly Upstate Coalition: Coordinated coalition’s annual Continuum of Care/HUD grant for $2 million; provided technical assistance for all eight agencies who were applying for grant money.
