About Suzy Holder

I have always been open to change, and fascinated how we as human beings adapt to, and sometimes resist, change. I am also passionate about making a real difference to the businesses and people I work with. So when I was offered the opportunity to set up a continuous improvement team ten years ago, I grabbed it with both hands. And I have been in my element ever since. We are in a period of turbulent change: in the ways we work, communicate and live our lives. The methodologies and thinking behind both Six Sigma and Lean have never made more sense to me than at this moment with their focus on how the work is done, the skills and competencies needed to do it and the reason for doing the work in the first place: to deliver what the customer wants.
