My professional career began as a junior high school English teacher. I quickly saw this was not for me, and then I found my real love-editing. Unfortunately, at the time I couldn't figure out how to make a living at it. In life's twists and turns, I found a passion for preserving our built environment and made a difference in my community. Real estate was a natural progression. I've been a Realtor since 1989 and have worked to gain more knowledge and experience through the education required for multiple professional designations. My work has kept me in touch with many wonderful friends and clients from whom I've learned so much. In 2009 I was invited to join Drs. Katie Rodan & Kathy Fields, the Stanford-trained creators of Proactiv Solutions, in developing the Texas market for their award-winning new skin care company, Rodan+Fields Dermatologists. The Doctors have developed a method for delivering dermatology directly to our homes. No waiting, no prescription necessary. They are removing years from our faces and correcting multiple skin issues through innovative multi-med therapy ordered from my website and delivered to your door. They also provide a lucrative "franchising" opportunity for eager entrepreneurs. Following a brief respite from real estate, I have found a strong interest in working with Senior adults, assisting them in making late-in-life real estate decisions and, when needed, facilitating their moves.
