Hey there! I'm Suzy I'm the Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead for culture-change business, Utopia. In this role, I work with high-profile global businesses to empower strategic change around mental health, wellbeing and inclusion. I also design and deliver evidence-led learning experiences in the form of workshops or programmes to enable sustainable culture change. I've had the privilege of working closely with businesses like Spotify, Kellogg, Google and Rakuten Kobo, helping them to implement healthy and happy cultures for their people Underpinning this work is my study towards becoming a Positive Psychology Practitioner. The discipline of positive psychology is all about how we can live lives that are nourishing, full of purpose and, ultimately, how we can be happier 🪴 Aside from my work in wellbeing, I've worked in social equity for over a decade with experience across the public, private and third sectors. I am a Master in Gender Studies and Sociology and have a passion for making a positive impact on individuals, communities and organisations. All of my work encapsulates my dedication to transformation, healing and joy, something which is based on my own experiences as a cancer survivor and later-life queer person Finally, I'm a life-long soul-searcher committed to ongoing self-development.
