As Head of Research & Strategy at JLL, I help investors, developers, and municipalities solve complex real estate challenges through data-driven insights and strategic advice. My passion lies in translating market trends and economic developments into concrete opportunities in the real estate market. Using advanced data analysis and in-depth research, I develop innovative portfolio strategies, area development plans, and investment advice that create value for our clients. I am an experienced speaker and enjoy sharing my expertise at conferences, events, and client presentations. Additionally, I serve on the board of NVM Business, where I am responsible for the data and innovation portfolio. In this role, I am committed to digitizing the real estate sector and developing new data-driven services. Outside of my professional activities, I am actively involved as a youth soccer coach at VOAB and participate in the parent-teacher association of 't Schrijverke primary school.
