About Sven Bertling

Sven joined Colliers in March of 2022, taking on a role as Investment Consultant for the Residential Capital Market in Berlin, promoted to Senior Consultant as of Jan 2023. Herein his focus lies on providing sell- and buy-side advisory on investment transactions of residential assets-portfolios and/or -developments in the greater Berlin market. Previously Sven worked for the Catella Real Estate AG in Munich, where he gained expertise in fund raising as well as transaction- and asset management in the office, logistics and residential segments across Europe. He graduated with a Master in Global Business and Society from the Yale School of Management (New Haven, USA) in May 2020, after completing a Master in Management at IE Business School (Madrid, Spain) in July of 2019. Prior he worked in the hospitality industry in Asia, taking on managerial responsibilities as Food & Beverage Manager. He furthermore holds a BBA in International Hotel Management, awarded with Honors and Distinction, from the Les Roches International School of Hotel Management (2015, Bluche, Switzerland).
