I’m the Director of Operations and project lead at BayCreative, where I help B2B brands simplify complex ideas, shape their voice, and bring their story to life through standout creative—whether that’s a fresh brand direction, a high-impact sales deck, or an animated explainer. I make sure the strategy lines up with business goals, the creative feels like it belongs to the client, and the team is fully dialed in from kickoff to delivery. A couple of recent projects I’m proud of: Olander – We helped this family-owned fastener distributor overhaul their brand and website, capturing the pride and care they bring to their work—and showing customers they’ll get that same level of care. Community First Credit Union – We gave them a unique, community-focused brand voice and a new website built around custom illustration and personality—setting them apart from the usual look of financial institutions.
