With over 15 years of experience in the software industry, I am a seasoned leader and expert in knowledge management and learning strategy. I have a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Duke University, where I also lectured for two years. My academic background has equipped me with strong analytical skills, a keen sense of curiosity, and a passion for solving complex problems. As the Director of Knowledge Management and Learning Strategy at SimCorp, I am responsible for designing and implementing effective knowledge and learning solutions that support the company's vision, mission, and goals. I work with a diverse and talented team of consultants, project managers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality services and products to our clients across the globe. I also serve as an employee-elected board member, representing the interests and perspectives of our employees and contributing to the company's strategic direction. My personal mission is to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, where knowledge is shared, expanded, and applied to create value and impact.
