About Svenja Koida

I have a strong passion for getting the best out of people, and I believe that the diverse collective, including all our unique talents, is needed to bring about positive sustainable change. Therefore, I am enthusiastic about cultivating connections and empathy, both within and between people, empowering individuals to tap into their strengths and creating inclusive spaces for diverse groups of people to learn from and with each other. This also allows me to learn something new every day! I am a caring person with a core strength in making people feel seen. As HR professional, I have been able to prove my ability to seamlessly navigate between strategic and hands-on work through the conceptual design of global Talent & Learning strategies and programs as well as their implementation. My proactive and structured way of working, combined with my commitment to addressing the underlying ‘why’, enable me to deliver effective and sustainable results. I am always open to new opportunities to keep supporting the development of individuals and creating inclusive and diverse learning spaces. I am excited about employing my experience to make a positive impact for others while following my own passion for lifelong learning and growth.
