I am currently pursuing an MBA at IIM Kashipur (2024-26), bringing with me a diverse set of experiences in sales, business development, and startup operations. Over the past few years, I have worked extensively in the Ed-Tech sector, where I led teams, strategized business growth, and achieved significant milestones, including generating over ₹1 crore in sales revenue. My expertise spans across sales pitch development, need mapping, team training, and optimizing operational efficiencies, which has consistently driven measurable success in the roles I have undertaken. Beyond corporate experience, I have also ventured into entrepreneurship, founding and managing two small businesses. These experiences equipped me with a deep understanding of what it takes to build and sustain a business from the ground up, from staffing and marketing to financial management and customer engagement. Although these ventures faced challenges, they cemented my passion for innovation and my desire to create impactful solutions in the business world. While my immediate goal is to leverage my MBA to further develop my skills and contribute meaningfully to organizations in sales, strategy, and business development, my long-term ambition is to return to entrepreneurship. After gaining 10-12 years of industry experience, I aspire to launch and scale my own startup, applying the knowledge and skills I’ve accumulated to build something sustainable and innovative. I am always eager to collaborate with fellow professionals, entrepreneurs, and startups, helping them refine their business models, improve sales strategies, and drive growth.
