About Swapna Malchalam

As a Salesforce Administrator at Upakram Limited, I supported the sales and marketing teams with data analysis, reporting, and automation using SQL, SOQL, and Power BI. I also helped to implement and maintain best practices for data quality, security, and compliance. I leveraged my Master of Science degree in Data Science from the University of Greenwich, where I learned how to apply statistical and machine learning methods to solve real-world problems. Prior to joining Upakram, I worked as a Data Analyst at Tectonite Solutions, where I delivered insights and recommendations for various clients across different industries. I am passionate about using data to drive business growth and innovation, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I am looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to advance my career as a Salesforce and Data Science professional.
